Cathedral Eye Clinic is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the popular Local Woman Podcast, which for 2025 has been aptly named Keeping an Eye on It. The January episode of the podcast features a lively discussion on various topics that are close to the hearts of women in the community.

In this month’s episode, Local Woman editor Kim Kelly is joined by a fantastic panel of guests, including U105 presenter Denise Watson, journalist Jane Hardy and Joyce Shaw, Chief Operations Manager at Cathedral Eye Clinic. Together, these dynamic women take the reins to discuss a range of timely and engaging subjects, including “New Year, New You,” the phenomenon of “Divorce Day,” the challenges and joys of sleeping with our pets, and much more.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of this exciting podcast, where the ladies are truly in charge of the conversation,” says Joyce Shaw, Chief Operations Manager at Cathedral Eye Clinic. “The podcast brings together an incredible group of women, each offering a unique perspective on the issues that matter to our local community. It’s a perfect fit for us as we continue our commitment to supporting women’s health and well-being.”

Keeping an Eye on It has become a must-listen for local women looking for insightful, candid conversations on a variety of topics, from health and wellness to personal stories and lifestyle trends.

Cathedral Eye Clinic is proud to support such an empowering and entertaining platform for women across Northern Ireland. Listeners can tune in to this latest episode below.
