Belfast City Hall to be lit in colours of French flag

Belfast City Hall goes Blue, White and Red

Belfast City Hall is to be lit in the colours of the French flag this evening as a mark of respect to those who lost their lives in the Paris terror attacks.

Belfast Lord Mayor Arder Carson also confirmed on Twitter that he will be opening a book of condolence at 10am on Monday morning.

Belfast City Hall being lit in the French national flag colours tonight between 5pm to 6.30pm and again from 9pm.

The move by Belfast City Council comes after the attack in the French capital yesterday, which saw at least 128 people killed in a series of shootings and bomb attacks.
