Belfast welcomes a new, delicious, artisan doughnut cafe – Taboo, located at 64 Ann Street, Belfast.

Owner Brett McKinney has now opened the doughnut cafe doors to the locals and visitors of Belfast. The tasty Taboo, which specialises in donuts, state ‘we are bold and brave and so are our flavours’.

Taboo donuts are the first cafe in Belfast which offers 25 daring and yummy donuts including a selection from; Bow Tie, Orange Bow Tie, Raspberry Ripple, White Chocolate & Raspberry, Strawberry Puddle, Kids Party Curls, Honeycomb, Boston Cream, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Orange, Salted Caramel & Pistachio, Oreo, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Crystal Glaze, Smashed Avocado & Lime, Raspberry Jam, Cinnamon Whirl, Blueberry Puddle, Bueno, Sugar Ring, Irish Cream, Mocha, Pina Colada, and Nuttela.

The mouth-watering cafe offers ‘donuts so good, they’ve got to be Taboo’, while also keeping your wallet happy. From reasonably low prices; £1.80 – £2.50 per donut, to pleasurable deals of; Box of 3 donuts for £5 – £6, Box of 6 donuts for £10 – £12, and Box of 12 donuts for £20 – £24. Suitable for kids, the exciting 8 mini donuts deal is only £2.

  1. Hi. In here on st Patrick’s day..its 3pm. No coffee beans!!! No knives to cut the donuts. So you have kids in here who have to pick up big sticky buns and try manage them or we improvise and cut thrm with a plastic spoon…simple things especially on big days like this would make a huge differnce…planning would be useful!!!!
