The new SuperValu SuperStars initiative will honour mums and dads, inspirational young people, grannies and granddads, neighbours and friends, volunteers and carers, who have gone out of their way to help others and who bring about positive change in the places they live.

Stephen Bogle, SuperValu Brand Manager, said: “The response from the public has been brilliant so far and as people are still coming forward with their inspirational stories we decided to extend the deadline to August 31. The SuperStars we are hearing about are truly incredible and we’re honoured to be able recognise and celebrate the impact they’ve made in their local communities.”
