Slim’s Healthy Kitchen is calling on food lovers across Northern Ireland to put their taste buds to the test as the popular local brand prepares to unveil an exciting range of new meals.

Whether you’re a self-confessed foodie, someone who plans their next meal while eating their current one, or simply someone who knows a good dinner when they taste it, Slim’s wants to hear from you.

The initiative will see the brand recruit a team of enthusiastic tasters who will get an exclusive first look at what’s cooking behind the scenes, how the meals are developed, share their honest opinions and help shape the next chapter of Slim’s Healthy Kitchen.

Slim’s Healthy Kitchen founder and Chief Taster, Gary McIldowney, said, “We’ve always believed that healthy, convenient food should still taste amazing, and who better to put that to the test than the people who actually eat it?

“We’ve been working on some exciting new dishes over the past 12 months and thought, rather than keeping all the tasting to ourselves, why not get a few more people involved?

“We’re looking for people who genuinely love their food, aren’t afraid to tell us what they think and would enjoy being part of something new. You don’t need to be a food critic or have any special qualifications. If you’ve got good taste and a healthy appetite, we want to hear from you.

“And let’s be honest, getting to try new meals before everyone else isn’t a bad job to have!

The search comes as Slim’s Healthy Kitchen continues to develop its meal offering, with a focus on combining convenience, flavour and healthier eating.

Alongside its plans for new products, the company has reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities through the provision of meals to food banks and charitable organisations across Northern Ireland.

“Giving back to our local communities is also something we’re incredibly passionate about, it’s not something we post about very much as it’s an everyday part of who we are.

“For us, it’s about more than just making great food. It’s about making a positive difference wherever we can, and that’s something we’ll always strive to do.”

Those selected for the tasting crew will have the opportunity to sample upcoming products, provide feedback and get involved in exclusive tasting experiences.
