Sir Rod Stewart is bringing The Final Encore to Dublin’s 3Arena on 23 April and The O2 Belfast on 27 April 2027, with Howard Jones joining him as special guest.

The newly announced tour is being billed as Stewart’s farewell to life on the road after more than six decades of performing. Dublin will open the spring run before the show reaches Belfast four days later.

Fans can expect a celebration of the songs that have made Stewart one of music’s most recognisable voices. The announcement names classics including Maggie May, You Wear It Well, Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?, Baby Jane, Sailing and Forever Young among the music planned for the tour.

Stewart said the time had come to “say farewell to life on the road” and invited fans to join him for “one hell of a show.” The singer’s career has taken him from the Jeff Beck Group and Faces to a solo catalogue spanning generations. He has sold an estimated 250 million records and singles worldwide and has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice.

Special guest Howard Jones brings another collection of familiar hits to both nights, including What Is Love?, Things Can Only Get Better and No One Is to Blame.

When do Rod Stewart tickets go on sale?

Fan club presale begins Tuesday 29 September 2026 at 10am. General sale opens Friday 2 October 2026 at 10am through Ticketmaster Ireland. Further concert information is available from Aiken Promotions.

For fans in Belfast and Dublin, The Final Encore offers a chance to hear Stewart’s best-loved songs live as he closes a remarkable touring career.
