Ballyhackamore continues to explode with food venues. Hemorrhaging cuisine all over the place. The newest gringo on the block, is Acapulco. Bringing their Mexican fayre to the east of the city, they have set up shop on the site of the ill-fated Salamandra (don’t ask me about my awful lunch in there by the way).
Just down the road is the now established Baja Taqueria. So I thought it would be unfair to review Acapulco while overlooking Baja. Let battle commence:
