County Down agency, Quinn Estate Agents, has announced the acquisition of Alan Newell Estate Agents in Carryduff, marking a major milestone in its expansion journey and establishing Quinn as one of the largest estate agencies in County Down.

Founded in Ballynahinch in 2010 by Managing Director Jonathan Quinn, the business has grown steadily into a trusted multi-branch agency operating in Ballynahinch, Banbridge, Downpatrick, and now Carryduff. Home to a team of 16 property professionals, alongside mortgage specialists from Ritchie & McLean Mortgage Solutions, Quinn offers clients a full property service across sales, lettings and mortgages.
Alan Newell, Founder of Alan Newell Estate Agents, started his business more than 40 years ago, and remained the longest established estate agency in Carryduff. Building a respected reputation for service and trust within the local community, Alan Newell Estate Agents will now trade under the Quinn brand, combining Newell’s heritage with Quinn’s modern, client-focused approach.

The Carryduff acquisition follows Quinn Estate Agents recent investments in larger premises in Banbridge and Downpatrick, bringing total investment in the past four years to over £1.2 million.
