On Saturday night around 11,000 people turned out for the BBC’s Proms in the Park at the Titanic Slipway.

Now in its 17th year, the event brought together acclaimed performers from Northern Ireland and internationally.

They performed alongside the Ulster Orchestra under the baton of David Brophy in a programme which combined classical and contemporary music.

Some of the high profile names on the bill included Kim Criswell, and Ultravox frontman Midge Ure.
