OLY Clothing takes on 24-hour fitness challenge to break down barriers associated with mental health and suicide

OLY Clothing took part in a 24-hour fitness challenge on behalf of the Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust aimed at breaking down the barriers associated with mental health and suicide.

The Portadown based fitness clothing brand took part in the 2018 24HR AMRAP Challenge – a worldwide team event – at CrossFit 8020.

The team of 6 athletes completed a new work-out every hour for 24-hour duration of the challenge. Each work-out consisted of three fitness movements such as squats, burpees and deadlifts with a minimum of 500 reps per movement.

The Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust, established in 2017, aims to raise mental health awareness and reduce the stigma associated with Suicide.
