“It is early days for Northern Ireland, but from our extensive research of what’s happening in other cities around the world, it will definitely become much more common here to outsource your laundry and dry cleaning in the future. We have found that once someone uses our service, there is a high probability that they will become a regular customer. We have an 80% retention rate. But we are acutely conscious of the need to maintain and always improve on our excellent quality and five star customer service standards, to ensure we keep our customers coming back.”
