One of Belfast’s leading estate agent’s Century 21 has announced a company rebrand. From Monday, 7 September, the company will trade as James Duggan Estate Agents.
The owners have invested a total of £20k in rebranding the successful estate agency which promises to give it a more local feel and offers clients a one stop shop for all home buying, selling, renting, legal and mortgage needs.
With an increase in sales of 20% in the first six months of the year Founder and Managing Director, James Duggan felt the time was right and is excited about the rebrand;

Mr. Duggan, who is a fully qualified mortgage advisor as well as estate agent, expanded on the objectives underlying his company’s revamp. “It’s more than just a change of name,” he said.
