Theatre at The Mill will be presenting one of Disney’s all-time favourites, The Little Mermaid JR, in an exciting new production directed by Mr Hullabaloo and with a talented cast from Theatre at The Mill’s weekly and summer Youth Theatre projects, from 17 to 22 February 2015.
The creative team that brought Snow White, Aladdin, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and The Beast to Newtownabbey Theatres, now bring Disney’s classic tale of a the beautiful young mermaid Ariel, who longs to become a part of the world above and leave her ocean home. But first, she’ll have to defy her father King Triton and pay a visit to Ursula, the evil sea witch who promises to help her. Even though Ursula helps her get to land, what Ariel doesn’t know is that Ursula has plans to destroy her to get revenge on her father. All Ariel wants is to convince Prince Eric that she’s the girl with the captivating voice.
Will Eric get to Kiss the Girl or will Ursula get her revenge on Ariel?
