AM:PM’s Head Chef Paul Dowds has been at the helm for nearly 8 years, accompanied by sous chefs Kevin Brady & Charles Mc Gweon.
If you have never been to Belfast’s AM:PM on Upper Arthur Street it’s interior alone is worth a visit. Eccentric, seductive, captivating and all of this reflected in its food offering. ‘We serve traditional French, Irish & European dishes in an unconventional way while always seeking to provide our faithful clientele with cuisine that makes them glow with satisfaction’.
