Lusso Tan & Mencap encourage busy mums to #Take15Minutes this Mother’s Day

As businesswomen and mothers, the trio of sisters behind the luxury tanning brand, Lusso Tan, hope to give the gift of time to mums across Ireland this Mother’s Day with their latest campaign; #Take15Minutes.

To highlight the campaign Lusso Tan have launched their brand-new cruelty-free tan removing bath bomb; Lusso Tan Summer Meadow Bath Bomb and will be donating 5% (47p) from the sale of each Bath Bomb to Mencap.

Knowing all too well the importance of balancing parenting with everyday life, Leah White, Sarah White and Lynsey Bennett, the founders of Lusso Tan, understand the benefits of how taking a short amount of time out of their busy schedules for themselves, can make a significant difference to their lifestyle and state of mind – and hope to encourage more mums to do the same.

The launch of this new product follows on from the success of Lusso Tan’s original tan-removing Bath Bomb which became a viral sensation in 2019 for its self-tan removing abilities and skin-soothing properties – selling over 25,000 units in just three months.

Lynsey Bennett, co-founder of Lusso Tan states, “Following the success of our original bath bomb, we wanted to create something special for Mother’s Day. We hope to promote and encourage a more balanced life for mums – which will not only benefit their own mental health but will allow them to be refreshed and energised to take on the ever-changing demands of their busy day to day life! Many mums that we have spoken to recently have told us they can’t remember the last time they even had a bath! This Mother’s Day, we want mums to take control of their own self-care by taking just 15 minutes to enjoy the many benefits of a calming and relaxing bath.”

The Lusso Tan Summer Meadow Bath Bomb is unlike any other bath bomb – gently stripping away your self-tan in minutes, the Bath Bomb is packed with stunning natural essential oils which hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling soft and nourished – the longer you soak, the more your skin benefits from these skin-loving oils. Whether you are a self-tan fan or want to indulge in a well-deserved bath, allow all tensions to melt away in a bath of gorgeous scents and fragrances with the Lusso Tan Summer Meadow Bath Bomb this Mother’s Day.

Mencap NI Director Margaret Kelly states “We are very excited to be working with Lusso Tan on their new limited edition Summer Meadow Bath Bomb and greatly appreciate their support to help us provide the best start in life for children and adults with a learning disability and their families.

At our Mencap Children’s Centre, we provide early intervention to enable parents to really support their children’s development. We know that being a parent can be tough at times and we encourage all our mums and dads to take care of themselves too – a message which is highlighted through this Mother’s Day campaign to #Take 15 Minutes’.

We are delighted Lusso Tan has chosen Mencap and we hope together we can ensure children and adults with a learning disability have a brighter future.”

The Special Edition Summer Meadow Bath Bombs will make ideal Mother’s Day gifts for friends and family and are available now for just £.8.50 online at .
