Exercise might be the last thing on your mind after you give birth, but it’s worthwhile.

In fact, exercise after pregnancy might be one of the best things you can do for yourself. That’s how I found precore studios !

Twenty  minutes that is how long the 1 class last but it doesn’t seem like a long time. In fact, you might presume that an exercise class that short would be easy… But, no, let me assure you that this is anything but. It’s fast, sweaty and tough – but easy it is not.

Obviously, I loved it. And I certainly felt the effects the day after when my muscles (clearly ones not used properly for months because my 10 months pregnancy) were feeling some serious – yet satisfying – ache. Using practically every muscle in your body, expect push-ups, squats, lunges and burpees, each move pushing you to work as hard as you can before a well-earned blissful rest of precious seconds.

While it’s a group workout, it’s very much a personal challenge – it’s about you and the clock and what you can achieve, rather than trying to measure yourself against others in your class (you’ll be too focused to notice anyone else, anyway). That’s why it’s so addictive – each time you go you will feel your fitness improving and your body toning up. Give it your best, because it’s only 20 minutes that your future self will thank you for.

I noticed increased energy, less fatigue and able to sleep better. Plus felt 100 times more confident with my shape.
