Kaz Hawkins Northern Ireland’s song writing songstress Kaz Hawkins is no longer its best-kept secret. Multi-award winning and unique with ‘knock your socks off’ vocals from an equally delicious firework of a character.
Full of life in her unmistakable trademark look and a stage presence that beckoned being more than solely a songwriter. Kaz’s stellar rise to success will be no surprise to fans around the world she has been wooing for years with her deep, powerful voice, original song writing and soulful tracks. Her piano and vocal tour will show Kaz’s love of gospel and soul and a step away from the blues she loves as she explores her own song writing. Kaz toured extensively across the UK with her band in 2016 after the release of their Feelin’ Good album. A recent USA solo promotional tour in December 2016 wowed American audiences as Kaz captivated them with her truthful no holds barred performances after which she has decided to release a piano and vocal album featuring Sam York.
The new album Don’t You Know will be launched at Belfast Cathedral on 22nd July 2017 in a special concert that will show the vulnerable side to Kaz Hawkins. Kaz has written a charity single on the album for Aware NI (National Depression Charity) as she continues her campaign to address mental health issues and will be donating a percentage of album sales on the night to the charity that she is also ambassador too.
