HAGAN HOMES STARTS CONSTRUCTION ON 20 NEW HOMES IN £4.75M EAST BELFAST DEVELOPMENT

Hagan Homes, one of Northern Ireland’s largest homebuilders, has started construction on its £4.75m Ballyoran Heights development in East Belfast (Old Mill Grove, off Upper Newtownards Road, Dundonald BT16 1WG).

The construction of the 14 three- and four-bedroom semi detached, and detached homes and six two-bedroom apartments will continue until summer 2021 and create approximately 50 jobs.

The project has an intense works schedule with the first handover due to take place in October 2020. Apartment prices will start from £140,000 and house prices from £190,000 to £295,000.

Jim Burke, Director of Sales and Acquisitions at Hagan Homes, discusses: “Situated in East Belfast, Ballyoran Heights offers its residents comfortable, modern living in an unparalleled location.  The homes are located close to a range of attractive green spaces.  Whether you want to enjoy a fun-filled family day out at Stormont Estate, relax with a round of golf at the Knock Golf Club, or cycle along the peaceful paths at Comber Greenway, you can easily access some of Belfast’s most picturesque landscapes from Ballyoran Heights.”

Mr Burke continues: “Nestled just off the Upper Newtownards Road, Ballyoran Heights is also within the catchment area for a selection of outstanding primary and secondary schools, convenience stores, leading sports and leisure facilities and of course the Ulster Hospital.  Excellent rail and road links to Comber, Newtownards and beyond and the Glider service which travels into Belfast’s City Centre, make it the perfect location for those undertaking a daily commute.  The development is also only minutes away from the chic cafés and restaurants of Ballyhackamore Village.”

Explaining how the mix of properties caters for a wide demographic Mr Burke adds: “This £4.75m development includes 20 homes which will be perfect for young professionals wishing to get on the property ladder, individuals who may wish to downsize or growing families hoping to settle down in an accessible area with a tight-knit community feel.

“Hagan Homes’ reputation for delivering energy efficient designs, that lend themselves to easy maintenance and modern living means that our homes are in demand. We use high quality fixtures and fittings throughout to produce stylish interiors, which combined with the striking exterior, create a home you can be proud of.  Our full turnkey package means residents have little to do on moving day, apart from unpack.”

Hagan Homes’ main contractor for the Ballyoran Heights is DB Building Contracts.

Special purchase schemes such as NI Co-Ownership will be available for homes under £165k.

Ballyclare-based Hagan Homes is an award-winning company that has built over 4,000 homes across Northern Ireland since it was established 30 years ago. The company is committed to Northern Ireland and plans to build 2000 new homes over the next ten years, as part of an ambitious £300million development programme.
