The Hatfield House have opened a newly refurbished bistro/bar area – Copperplate. Full of warm colours, retro decor, dim lighting and a homely fireplace: this bistro/bar signifies a new era for The Hatfield House.

Copperplate’s ethos highlights ‘great drinks and even better food’. Here the customers are presented with fusion inspired food created by the head chef Seamas Delaney. The bistro/bar menu offers meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients daily. Food serving starts from 12 pm until 9 pm and cocktails are served until late. Private seating and table booking options available. Walk-ins are welcomed at any time of the day.

Copperplate is delivering a new cocktail list with Fridays offer – 2 cocktails selling for only £6 from 4 pm until 7 pm. All cocktails sell for £4.95 and the mix of variety of spirits provided is suitable for young professionals and students alike.

Different generations can also enjoy the 695 CLUB offer for all gin lovers. Here the customers can choose a large gin from a range of 25 premium pours, select a Fevertree mixer and pick a garnish for £6.95.

The new menu has a selection of small plates which are perfect to start, share and nibble. The starter plates sell for £4.50 each, with offers of 3 plates for £12, and 5 plates for £18,95 also available. Tuesdays include an offer of 2 for 1 chicken wings served in BBQ, Hot or Hotter seasoning.

Copperplate’s reasonably priced menu includes house favourite dishes selling for £7.90 each, Bangin’ Burger Kitchen for £7.50 each together with choices of grill dishes and different sides. Here customers are not only going to be savoured by filling, delicious, portions of food; but also will be impressed by the speedy service and friendly staff. Refreshing, sweet and tasty desserts sell for £4.90 each which customers can enjoy with a number of different teas and coffees. For better, sunnier days; an outside area is accessible for those who want to enjoy their food and drink in the fresh air.

At the Copperplate, customers can experience live music, traditional music, Saturday karaoke, Sunday music session and even more! Live music starts at 7 pm at Copperplate and is continued until late in The Hatfield House. The bistro/bar also welcomes everyone to enjoy their live sport facilities where anyone can appreciate their favourite game with a tasty meal and drink.
