The Christmas lights are being turned on and Santa has arrived, it’s official, the party season is here,  with the shops awash with gorgeous colours, glamour and glitter it’s important you don’t forget your crowning glory, the expert team at Rogue Hair have created four stunning looks sure to get you out the door and onto the dancefloor.

With a collection inspired by the 80’s which is still dominating many of the catwalks, colour is playing a big part and the prominent hue of the season is purple, lilac and pink tones for blondes and powerful pops of bold colour for ladies with dark locks…

Peek-a-boo Purple

Rachel’s long hair in a rich dark brown is perfectly complemented with a big bouncy blow dry, which you ladies with luscious locks know never goes out of style. Rogue created her look by ensuring plenty of volume at the roots and through the lengths, her gorgeous loose curls were finished off using a big barrelled tongs and interwoven with bold clip in coloured wefts positioned to peek through the front sections of hair and give a cartoonish feel to the look. Rogue used pale blonde real hair clip-in’s which when dyed to a bright colour guarantee a really strong colour. Finish it off with a flexible hold spray to keep the shape but retain the movement.

Lilac Hues

Emma’s messy bob is a modern interpretation of the Debbie Harry scrunch with steel grey and mauve undertones which are put front and centre when the fringe is pushed back and to the side in an 80’s style quiff. Rogue used straighteners to create an edgy wave followed by a beach hair spritz to scrunch and add texture, all held in place with your favourite flexible hold hairspray.

Bananarama!

Joanne rocks an 80’s revival style with a colour blend of pashmina pinks and rose golds. Her hair has been curled to give a spiral effect curl using big barrelled tongs and scraped back and pinned in place, or you can use a banana clip, remember those?! Hair accessories play an important role this winter and embellishment is huge on the catwalk, Rogue finished off the look by placing some jewellery amongst the curls to add a bit of an edge. Use a strong fixing spray to texturise and hold the look in place while giving it a careless messy finish.

Sweeping Style

Amy proves that shorter haired ladies needn’t be afraid of changing things up a bit for a night out. Short hair can be worn with such glamour and can be incredibly striking. Rogue have swept Amy’s hair back off her face to highlight her bone structure creating a dramatic and intensely elegant effect. Amy’s colour features a full head of platinum with sections of Mauve and steely greys which create a truly stunning smokey look. Her hair was blow dried back off the face and texturized.
