Looking for a way to add flavour to frozen vegetables? This quick and easy marinade with a nutty kick of tahini, will help make them next-level delicious!
Whilst I might not have turned my nose up at frozen veg, I have to admit they wouldn’t usually be my first choice. With many of us doing more with less and not shopping as much, a well-stocked freezer is a great solution. So, I set myself a challenge to see if I could boost the flavour of frozen broccoli, using what I had in the fridge and larder. I’m pleased to say the results were so delicious it was love at first bite.
Not only is this a great way to use tahini beyond hummus, it’s easy to prepare with you likely having the other ingredients at home, including garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
With it taking only 10 minutes in the oven it’ll take hardly any time to give this tasty twist on broccoli a try. You might just find that you and others in the household become excited to eat your greens. Enjoy!
