The BOYLE Sports Premiership returns with a full six-match schedule on Saturday 19 September 2026, with five games getting under way at 3pm before Coleraine and Limavady United bring the day to a close at 6pm.

For Belfast supporters, two fixtures immediately jump off the page. Cliftonville welcome Glentoran to Solitude, while Linfield face Crusaders at the National Stadium in another meeting between two of the league’s biggest clubs.

Elsewhere, Bangor host Portadown, Larne travel to Carrick Rangers, Ballymena United visit Dungannon Swifts and Limavady United head to Coleraine for Saturday’s late game.

Cliftonville v Glentoran

Kick-off: 3pm

There is rarely much need to add extra hype when Cliftonville and Glentoran meet.

Solitude should provide a cracking setting as two of Belfast’s best-supported clubs go head-to-head. Both teams will view this as the sort of fixture that can add real momentum to a campaign, while victory also comes with all the satisfaction of getting one over on a major city rival.

Expect a competitive afternoon in North Belfast, with every tackle, decision and chance carrying a little more weight than usual.

Linfield v Crusaders

Kick-off: 3pm

Another major Belfast contest takes place at the National Stadium, where Linfield welcome Crusaders.

Fixtures between the Blues and the Crues have produced no shortage of drama over the years, and Saturday’s encounter promises another fiercely contested 90 minutes. With a big home crowd behind Linfield and a travelling Crusaders support making the short journey across the city, the atmosphere should match the occasion.

Neither side will want to give an inch — or hand their rivals an important three points.

Bangor v Portadown

Kick-off: 3pm

Bangor host Portadown in an intriguing afternoon fixture. Home advantage could give Bangor an important lift, but the Ports will arrive determined to make the journey back with something to show for their work.

Supporters should check the clubs’ official ticket channels for the separate home and away arrangements before travelling.

Carrick Rangers v Larne

Kick-off: 3pm

It is a short trip for Larne as they make their way to face Carrick Rangers.

The local element adds another layer to this contest, and Carrick will be eager to make home advantage count. Larne, meanwhile, will know that there can be no room for complacency in a fixture where the hosts are likely to relish the challenge.

Dungannon Swifts v Ballymena United

Kick-off: 3pm

Dungannon Swifts welcome Ballymena United to Stangmore Park in a game both clubs will believe they can win.

That should make for an open and hard-fought contest, with three valuable league points available before the table begins to take more shape as autumn approaches.

Coleraine v Limavady United

Kick-off: 6pm

Saturday’s football continues into the evening when Coleraine host Limavady United in the round’s only 6pm kick-off.

The later start gives local football fans an extra fixture to follow after the afternoon results are in. With Limavady making the trip to the Showgrounds and Coleraine looking to deliver in front of their own supporters, it provides an appealing finale to a packed Premiership Saturday.
