The festive season is here and Trademarket has created the perfect cocktail recipe to keep you warm. Based in the Linen Quarter, the outdoor market is best known for their street-food, retail offering and delicious cocktails. Now the venue has launched their Christmas cocktail menu and have created the perfect winter warmer, an Aztec Hot Chocolate.

Due to be the hottest cocktail of the season, in more ways than one, the Aztec Hot Chocolate has just the right balance of sweet and spicy! The recipe has been created using 1800 coconut tequila, cream, dark Belgium chocolate, salt, cayenne pepper and garnished with marshmallows and cinnamon for the ultimate festive finish.

Trademarket Founder, William Neill said: “We’re delighted to have finally launched our winter menu including hot boozy recipes such as the Aztec Hot Chocolate. All our cocktails are created with the best quality ingredients, and we pride ourselves on our unique flavour combinations which you won’t see anywhere else in Belfast’s city centre.

“We’re based in the Linen Quarter, just a five-minute walk from city hall and perfectly located for those who want to sample local street food and escape the large crowds. Our spicy Aztec Hot Chocolate will definitely put a kick in your step and keep you warm during the festive season.”

The Linen Quarter is becoming one of the most vibrant districts in Belfast’s city centre and is home to some of Northern Ireland’s largest organisations, best restaurants, bars and hotels. Pay a visit to try a hot chocolate with a twist or make this cocktail creation at home.
