Apple Apartments Belfast has won an award for Best Use of Social Media at the inaugural Serviced Apartments Awards held this past Monday, March 21st.
The awards ceremony highlights serviced apartment industry achievements by suppliers both UK and internationally based. Judged by a panel of 15 industry experts, the 50-unit property was up against other established brands such as The Ascott and Cheval Residences.
The judges commented that the Apple Apartments strategy is “A great example of how drilling hard in to one social platform can form a social communication with customers – with evidence that more customers communicate with them through Facebook Messenger than email.”
