Simon’s not strictly in the mood for ballroom, but Paddy & Nico have much more in store than first appearances suggest. Watch the energy-shift in this electric pairing’s performance.
Salsa dancing OAP Paddy Jones has already been tipped to win Britain’s Got Talent 2014.
The 79-year-old was chosen as Amanda Holden’s golden buzzer act during this year’s auditions meaning she’s already made it through to the live shows.
Paddy wowed the judges on just the second day of auditions in Birmingham earlier this year as she was swung around by dance partner Nico Espinosa, 40, in a nimble routine.
Although Simon Cowell, being Simon, did originally buzz the pair just seconds into their audition.
According to The Sun newspaper, Paddy and Nico have previously won £80,000 after coming top in Spain’s version of BGT.
